Use these jigs to help arrange a stack of ten 39mm clay chips alternating with eleven 43mm ceramic chips. Such a stack can then be clamped and popped in the oven to flatten the clay chips. See more details here.
One version has “end supports” to help hold up the outside ceramic chips. And the other version does NOT have these extra supports, which can make it easier to apply certain clamps (since the jig will not stick out beyond the stack of chips).
